Please try to return the completed applications by email to the address given below, this will allow us to process your application faster.

 

All applicants must forward to the Clerk an application form, which includes details of the applicant and basic details of the course, event or opportunity for which you are seeking our support.  It would be most helpful if you would include a letter giving fuller details.  Most application forms will need to be accompanied by a Statement by Parents. Please be sure to include this where needed. This should be done as soon as possible, but at least 8 weeks before the activity starts.  The application forms can be downloaded here and should open as a PDF file on your computer. 

The form must be counter-signed by a Parent or Guardian if the applicant is under 18 years of age.

Where the applicant is financially dependent on parents, they must fill in the Statement by Parent(s) and forward it with the form to the Clerk.

Completed application forms (together with Statement of Parents if appropriate) should be returned to :-
